Take me to your followers!

First there was Matilda the Alien Cat, now 4-year-old brothers Manchego and Chipotle have disembarked their meowing mothership and settled on Earth.

The two San Francisco Persians belong to Veronica Lujan, who adopted the siblings when they were just 6 months old. Wanting to share the pair’s unusual looks with others, Lujan posted a few photos of the derpy-looking duo on her Instagram.

“At first I thought people would find endless photos of someone else s cats annoying. But a handful of strangers discovered our funny fellas and started following them so I began sharing photos of Chip and Chego photos regularly,” Lujan, 33, told Caters.

As they got more and more popular followers would be vocally disappointed if I posted photos of anything else so I created a new account for myself and gave this account entirely over to the boys.

Manchego and Chipotle’s account now has over 21,000 followers. Thanks to their big eyes and odd behaviors, the felines have earned the title “alien cats of Instagram.” While the kitties are Internet superstars, they still act like any other set of siblings.

They tear around the house playing and chasing each other multiple times throughout the day and night,” Lujan said. “Sometimes the tussling gets out of hand.Yet they hang out and sleep together often, just not quite touching or cuddling.”

See how these furry extraterrestrials are handling life on our planet by checking out some of their silliest shots below.

The Crisis of Chipotle: “Chego is ready to beam aboard. Will they bring me, too, or am I to be forgotten?” #Manchego #Chipotle #alienkitty #alienkitties #spacecat #spacecats #alienkittytech #catspotting #catsofinstagram #persiancats #nofilter For yesterday’s #cinematrivia #trivia question, the line was first uttered by William Shatner in the 1963 episode of The Twilight Zone “Nightmare at 20,000 Feet.” John Lithgow said it in the remake of this episode included in the 1983 film “Twilight Zone: The Movie.” It has been referenced many times in popular culture, from the Simpsons to 3rd Rock from the Sun (in a cute bit with both Shatner and Lithgow), and, yes, Ace Ventura, but the correct #CaturdayCinemaTriviaAnswer is either or both of the Twilight Zones. Thanks for playing #CaturdayCinemaTrivia!
